FLEX PAYMENT OPTION
THIS OPTION ALLOWS FOR AUTOMATIC MONTHLY PAYMENTS TOWARDS AN ITEM. A DEPOSIT IS DUE WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED. DEPOSIT ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR PAY LATER PRE - ORDER WITHIN 2 DAYS, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED. IF YOU CANCEL AFTER 2 DAYS, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
PAY IN FULL
IF A PAY IN FULL ORDER IS CANCELLED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF THE ORDER DATE, A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. IF THE ORDER IS CANCELLED AFTER 2 DAYS, THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT FOR THAT PARTICULAR STATUE WILL BE KEPT, THE REMAINING AMOUNT OF THE ITEM PRICE WILL BE REFUNDED.
FLEXPAY / PAYMENT PLAN
THE INITIAL DEPOSIT FOR A FLEXPAY ORDER IS NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SUBSEQUENT PAYMENTS ARE REFUNDABLE.

DUE TO THE REQUEST FROM THE STUDIOS, BUYERS WHO TOOK PAYMENT PLAN NEED TO PAY THE INVOICE WITHIN 14 DAYS FOR EACH INSTALLMENT PERIOD (INVOICE WILL BE SENT AROUND 15TH OF EACH MONTH), FAILED TO PAY WILL BE DEFINED AS THE BUYER GAVE UP THE ORDER, THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT FOR THAT PARTICULAR STATUE WILL BE KEPT, THE REMAINING AMOUNT OF THE ITEM PRICE WILL BE REFUNDED.
RETURN POLICY/ DAMAGED ITEMS / LOST ITEMS
No returns accepted. All products sold are non-exchangeable for other products too.
FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
Resin statues are very fragile!!! Due to the risks involved in the Int’l transit, we cannot guarantee the item will not be damaged, but we’ll try our best to avoid it.
We’ll strengthen the outer packing and send photos to our customers previously to shipment.
Once the customer receives the package, please take photos of the outer package previous to open it.
Ⅰ. If the outer packing seems broken or already opened, we feel sorry but we cannot bear the responsibility responsible for the unpredictable risks such as unboxed by custom clearance, etc. That means we’ll supply compensable service for replacing or repairing works.
Ⅱ. If the item still damaged under the condition of good outer packing, please click the ‘CONTACT US’ button on our homepage and fill out a form, there are 3 solutions as follows (according to the brands (studios)’ after-service policies).
OPTION 1
Replace the damaged part to the buyer.
OPTION 2
If there are no replacements, we’ll make partial compensation, won’t exceed 10% of the item price.
OPTION 3
Buyer personally repair the item and we’ll make partial compensation according to the damage condition.
LOST ITEMS
If an item is lost in transit, we’ll give a refund or replacement to the customer.
