• Estimated Release Date is only a reference, it may change due to unforeseen circumstances and the exact release date may sometimes earlier or delayed. Please be sure that you are willing to wait for the necessary time for the item to be released.

• NO REFUND will be allowed in the case where delays on the production because all statues are handmade and sometimes need longer time to complete.

• You will have full refund if by any chance the studio has cancelled production or we are unable to fulfill your order.

Yes, we accept payment plan. A DEPOSIT IS DUE WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED. Then, we’ll divide the balance into three months, you will receive an invoice from us on the next month 15th (or date around). 

Failed to pay the invoice may cause of order cancellation. Kindly please contact us if you need more time to pay on the invoice.
